Located in the Francisville section of Philadelphia, this recently completed triplex prominently features floor to ceiling windows and private outdoor space within any point of each unit. The main entrance to the building is protected by the cantilever and the articulation of the front bay. The multi-story bay window offers additional square footage to each unit and is surrounded with architectural embellishments to help blend the bay with the contemporary front façade design. At the rear of the building, each floor has a private balcony space accessed from each units’ common areas or bedrooms. The topmost unit has additional outdoor space via a private roof deck with direct views of the center city skyline.
